HDPE pipe has been a trusted drainage product in the Niagara Region ever since we first started promoting it back in 1999. Our first successful project with The Regional Municipality of Niagara. They utilized a smooth wall HDPE pipe for a reline on Wellanport Rd. Then the town of Niagara-On-The-Lake successfully relined a box culvert with a large diameter closed profile slip-lining pipe. An annular corrugated exterior is coupled with a smooth wall interior. This combination provides superior structural integrity with increased flow capacity. HDPE delivers great value and exceptional performance when used for culverts, drainage, storm sewer and agricultural applications. Its diversity and adaptability in the field are unmatched.
WATERTIGHT OPTON
The watertight option has a bell with an integrated gasket (BIG). The fixed thermofused gasket eliminates infiltration and exfiltration problems frequently encountered in pipes with less effective connectors or manually installed gaskets on site. Therefore, this makes our HDPE pipes a superior watertight choice for storm water drainage applications.
RECYCLED, HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTION
High density polyethylene is one of the most chemically inert of all plastics and very resistant to abrasion. These two characteristics give corrugated HDPE significant life span savings. Users can expect a minimum service life of 100 years in most typical drainage applications. What’s even more impressive is that our manufacturer Soleno utilizes anywhere from 75-100% recycled HDPE materials in-house in their own recycling facility. This ensures the highest quality and consistency when producing their large line of HDPE pipe and culvert products.
