Project Overview: This was a housing Development project that involved 4 blocks of stacked townhouses, the infrastructure to service it complete with parking amenities as well as an extensive SWM plan.
Challenge: In order to provide this large number of homes in this efficient area and not cause stress to the existing storm water management services already in place, an extensive and innovative SWM plan had to be implemented.
The Solution: Devron supplied the modular and adaptable, GreenStorm system as a 1-layer 88m3 stormwater storage tank. This allows controllable management practices for storm events and allowed for this development to take place while minimizing impact.
